Day 1    Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345m) at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345m) at any time. Our office representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Simply take pleasure and relax in the fun of driving through the unfamiliar roads. Short briefing about the trip after transferring you to the hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 2    Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley (1,345m)

Today would be the most exhilarating day where you will be introduced to the most pious Hindu and Buddhist religious place that is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage sites and elucidates you to the entire mysticism over its existence Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath stupa.

Day 3    Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek Lukla to Phakding (2,610m)

Enjoy the most Scenic 40 Min flying in a twin-other plane to a small airport at the elevation of 2840m/8000ft. we head towards three hours easy walk on the legendary trekking trail through the cultured Sherpa village with its exceptional beauty and the view of stunning Dudh Koshi gorge, landscape, and the deep valley is unique. The scenic beauty deep gorge and farming terraces at the backdrop is phenomenal. Overnight stay at stunning Phakdng.

Day 4    Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

Today we will be heading towards the major Sherpa settlement Namche Bazar. It is also known as the gateway to Mt Everest. This village has modern facilities including a luxurious hotel restaurant, bakery cafe, etc . we will also pass via different beautiful settlements including, Monjo, Benkar, Jorsole, and Chimoa. We will enter into Sagarmatha National park permit checkpoint. Overnight at Namachabazar.

Day 5    Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m)

On this day, we will climb alongside Dudh Koshi River until Phuke Tenga and then follow the trails of ijma Khola up to Tengboche. On this trek, you will pass through the pine forests and cross many suspension bridges. Along the way, you can expect to have a spectacular view of Mt Everest and Ama Dablam. After you reach Tengboche. where you can visit the Tengboche monastery. Overnight stay at Tengboche

Day 6    Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,450m)

On this trek mountain range gets closer and closer as you walk further. This journey again results from us with tremendous views of mt Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. The trek moves ahead towards the Lobuche River, Imja Valley and ultimately begins climbing up to Dingboche. You can find barley, crop, stone wall and potato farm to ported crops from strong winds. You can also see the spectacular sunrise and sunset over these mountains. Overnight at Dingboche.

Day 7    Acclimatization day at Dingboche (4,450m)

( Day trip to Chhukumg) Dingboche is a famous stop for trekking and climbers headed to Mt Everest, Imja Ise or Ama Dablam. This trek you can explore Sherpa people and lifestyles. You can Dingboche Monastery or take a short hike to Nagarjuna hill, Ama Dablam base camp or Chukum- RI. Overnight at Dingboche.

Day 8    Dingboche to Chhukung (4,730m)

Our trail passes through Imja Khola valley and stonewalled before entering glacier moraines amidst towering Himalayas. After a few hours of the trek and enjoying the view of beautiful and soaring peaks including, Lhotse, Nuptse, and others we reach Chhukung village. The beautiful settlement is the base for climbers going for the ascent to the Island peak and Chhukung- Ri. We will climb Chhukung –Ri to get the marvelous view of the giant Mt Makulu peak and other snow-capped peaks. Overnight at Chuukung

Day 9    Chhukung – Kumbila pass (5,447m)- Lobuche (4,900m)

Our trek start from chhukung to cross one of the highest passes on the trip. On this trek, we will get a great view of Island peaks –Valley and jagged ridge of Amphu Lepcha. After 5 hours hike, we will reach the highest point Kumbila-la pass (5,447m). when we will reach the top, we will get to see tombstone wrapped in prayer flags and back we will looking at the landscapes of icy lakes ahead down of which is the Khumbu glacier. Overnight stay at Lobuche.

Day 10    Lobuche to Gorakshep(5,164m) and EBc (5,364m)

Today we will be head towards the settlement of Gorak Shep. On this trek, we will have a great view of Mt Everest, Mt Pumori, and Mt Nuptse and other surrounding peaks. After some hours of walk, we will reach the base camp of the world’s highest peak from the Everest base camp. We will enjoy the magnificent view of Khumbu glacier once again. Overnight at Gorakshep.

Day 11    EBC to Kalapatthar(5,555m) and down to Zongla (4,830m)

Today early in the morning we can see the sunrise view over the Mountains. Approximately 3 hours of the hike, we will reach the summit of Kala Patthar (5555m) At the top, the enthralling views of the Everest in the fresh sunlight will mesmerize us. The 360-degree views from Kalapathar are truly breathtaking. We will also get one of the most markable moments in our life and it is the highest point of the plant that offers a direct view of soaring peaks including the giant mountains Pumori, Lhotse and may also get the stupendous view f Khumbu Icefall. Overnight at Zongla.

Day 12    Zongla to Chola pass(5,420m) and Thangna (4,700m)

The path leading to a steep up and down then cross the glacier on the eastern side. We will pass through tombstones and stupa in the distance passing via stunning scenery. We will traverse the Chola Khola. Overnight at Thangna.

Day 13    Thangna to Gokyo (4,790m)

On this day we will be a challenging yet rewarding day as after a great time crossing Chola pass. We will walk up to the rigid to enjoy the amazing view of the largest glaciers of Himalaya lake Nuptse, Lhotse and Makalu. Overnight at Gokyo.

Day 14    Extra day at Gokyo (4,790m)

In case, If the weather goes good then we will have an opportunity to climb Gokyo- Ri to enjoy the scene from the best viewpoint of the Everest region. We will also take you to the forth and fifth lake(Thonok Tisho and Ngozoma Tsho). Stay overnight at Gokyo

Day 15    Gokyo to Renjola pass(5,340m)and down to Lumde (4,360m)

After a full day spend on Gokyo, we will trek to Marlung Via Renjola pass after 5 hours of walk, we will reach Renjola pass (5,465m) where we can see the highest peak in the world including Mt Cholaste, Mt Lhotse and Mt Labucha after that we will be head down via a stone staircase and reach narrow valley Lumde. Overnight at Lumde.

Day 16    Lumde to Thame (3,820m)

Today we will trek down to Thame with more amazing snow peaks on the way Thame is famous for being the birthplace of tensing Norgay and of Apa Sherpa a record holder climbing 20Th time on top of mt Everest. Overnight at Thame.

Day 17    Thame to Namche bazar(3,441m)

Today we will be leaving Thame and move ahead towards Namcha bazaar. We will also pass through hydroelectricity power on our way and also cross through gompa and Chhortens decorated with prayer flags our Night at Namche bazar.

Day 18    Namche Bazar – Lukla ( 2,900m)

we will wake down the rocky terrains to book a flight to Kathmandu. You can visit the Hospital and school established by Sir Edmund Hillary and also relieve yourself from the fatigue of the long journey of trekking. Overnight at Lukla

Day 19    Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu(1,345m)

Today we will fight back with a 40 minutes amazing scenic to Kathmandu. there will be a farewell dinner ( Nepali Food) to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 20    Final Departure

Your wonderful adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.

1 Meals and drinking in Trek

The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

5  Physical fitness

Physical fitness is an important part of any outdoor activity. It is probably less of an issue at the start than you might think. Trek is about taking your time settling your own pace and enjoying the experience to its fullest basically they are three components of in Nepal trek preparation:- Aerobic, strength, and mental. Aerobic conditioning is important primarily because you will trek in thinner air, up to 40 percent less than at sea label how as with good aerobic conditioning you will be able to better metabolize whatever oxygen is available to you.

Before your arrival in Nepal, you should plan on doing at least one hour of aerobic 3/4 times per week for 1 month. Jogging, hiking, cycling and walking on alley floor to ridgeline ascents with day back are some of the excellent forms of exercise so long as your strengthening ley muscles and building stamina. speed is not the essence confidence stamina and continuity are.

8   Acute Mountain Sickness

Acute mountain sickness is common at high altitudes and depends on the elevation, the rate of ascent and individual susceptibility. An altitude over 3000 meters (9843 Feet) is usually defined as high altitude. 12 Trekking Day

We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again. However, will end our night will dinner at tea house take rest to have some fun and remaining trek we will start it again tomorrow after breakfast.
