DAY 1: Arrive in Kathmandu NEPAL:

Airport (TIA) pick up by our office representative then transfer you to your hotel, evening brief you about your programs, have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 2: KATHMANDU to NAMOBUDDHA:

After breakfast, drive to Namobuddha, a prominent Buddhist pilgrimage site in Nepal, located 45 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu valley at an elevation of 1750 meters above sea level. Namobuddha offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, boasting fresh, pollution-free air. It is renowned for its serene atmosphere and is a must-visit destination near the Kathmandu valley.Enjoy lunch at Namobuddha and, in the afternoon, en route back to the hotel, visits (Speech Tara and the Symbol Stupa) Bauddanath. Return to your hotel in Kathmandu, have dinner, and rest for the night overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 3: KATHMANDU to PHARPING – (GURU RINPOCHE CAVE, VAJRAYOGINI TEMPLE – BACK TO KATHMANDU:

After Breakfast, Morning: Drive to Pharping (22 km – 1 hour). Visit GURU RINPOCHE Cave, Pharping Vajravarahi Temple, and Yangleshö. Enjoy lunch in Pharping. Afternoon: Explore further and pay respects. Returns to Kathmandu have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 4: KATMANDU to BHATAPUR ((16 Km) :

After breakfast, Drive to Bhaktapur, known for its medieval architecture and culture. Explore Bhaktapur’s attractions: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nyatapola Temple, 55-Window Palace, and Pottery Square. Lunch at a local restaurant in Bhaktapur. Return to your Kathmandu hotel through the scenic Kathmandu Valley. Free time for shopping Dharma items in Thamel, Kathmandu. . Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 5: KATHMANDU – MARATIKA (232 Km – 7 hours’ drive):

Maratika stands as a revered pilgrimage destination cherished by both Buddhists and Hindus. Nestled within the Khotang district of Nepal, approximately 232 kilometers away from Kathmandu, lies the sacred Maratika Cave. This hallowed site, steeped in spiritual significance, is where Guru Rinpoche and Princess Mandarava encountered Amitayus, the Lord of Infinite Life, during their retreat within the Maratika Cave. This momentous meeting between the Mahaguru and his consort culminated in the attainment of unending life, setting the stage for Guru Rinpoche’s enlightened activities across India, Nepal, Tibet, and countless other realms. Maratika’s landscape has seamlessly merged with the mandala of Amitayus, as envisioned and realized by Guru Rinpoche and Mandarava. It is believed to be the dwelling place of Amitayus, the Buddha of Boundless Life, and continues to bestow its unique blessings upon pilgrims. Consequently, it remains an unparalleled location for empowering and extending one’s life and longevity. Situated approximately 185 kilometers southwest of Mount Everest, Maratika’s journey begins with a stop at a local restaurant for lunch on the way. Upon arrival at Maratika, Enjoy an overnight stay in the Maratika area, immersed in the spiritual aura of this sacred site.The cave and temple are about 185 km south west of Mount Everest. Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Maratika.

DAY 6: Maratika:

Having Breakfast in hotel and waking meditation center,luncha Packing afternoon back to hotel. Have dinner in Hotel, overnight at Hotel in Maratika.

DAY 7: MARATIKA – BACK TO KATHMANDU (232 Km – 7 hours’ drive):

Enjoy breakfast, and then proceed to check out from the hotel. The coach will arrive to pick up the group and transport them back to Kathmandu. Stop for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant along the way to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, savor a delicious dinner, complete the hotel check-in process, Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 8: FREE DAY FOR RELAX AND DISCOVER AT KATHMANDU:

Enjoy an Extra Day of Leisure and Exploration in Kathmandu, Have breakfast. Free day for relax and discover at Kathmandu. Or sightseeing, Kathmandu City Durbar Square Narayanhiti Palace. Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 9: KATHMANDU – SANKHU – MILAREPA – BACK TO KATHMANDU:

Have breakfast. Drive to SANKHU (17 Km – 30 mins drive) Sankhu is a small village in the east of the Kathmandu Valley, . It is a sacred site of Buddhism associated with Vajrayogini, as well as an important Hindu shrine, visiting Milarepa cave.Have lunch. Continue to sightseeing and pratice.In the afternoon, the way back to Kathmandu, sightseeing: The Mahabouddha temple, the Temple of the Thousand Buddhas, is believed to have been originally built in 1585. Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10: KATHMANDU-NAGARJUNG (JAMACHO GUMBA):

Have breakfast. Drive to Drive to NAGARJUNG JAMACHO GUMBA. (10 Km – 30 mines drive) Jmacho gumba lies at Western side of Kathmandu. The name Nagarjun is kept after the meditator Nagarjuna.It is the good place for the peace and tranquility. Buddha stupa, ancient caves and Jamacho view point (2128 m) are the prime attractions. Jugal Himal, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang can be viewed very well from here. Summer Royal Palace of the former Royal family is the attraction of the Nagarjun in its natural setting. You can view the Kathmandu valley from its top and the Nuwakot district.The Budhha named the hill ‘Jamacho’ because the wooded ridges spreading downwards into the valley look like the pleated fold of a Jama, the swirling skirt of a masked dancer. Jamacho is sacred place to the Buddhists. At the full moon in April, pilgrims climb Jamacho to commemorate the sowing of the lotus seed that bloomed on the lake’s surface. Lunch packing, Have dinner, overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 11: Final Departures:

Your wonderful Buddhism adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.
