Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (13,45m) at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, we offer you pick up facility from the airport and manage your stay at the most comfortable hotel in the city. You get to meet the team of trekkers and together we prepare for the trek.

Day 2: Sightseen around Kathmandu valley (1,350m)
Today would be the most exhilarating day where you will be introduced to the most pious Hindu and Buddhist religious place that is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage sites and elucidates you to the entire mysticism over its existence Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath stupa.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Besisahar drive by bus
In the early morning, we catch a bus to Besisahar, our destination for the day. The bus heads towards west from Kathmandu. We enjoy the bus ride watching the green scenery around. The bus heads ahead towards Dumre and from there, towards Besisahar.

Day 4: Besisahar to Dharapani drive by public jeep
From Besisahar to Dharapani is approximately 35 km. Dharapani village is the end of the Manaslu trekking and Annapurna region trekking on the way. from Besisahar to Dharapani it takes around 3 to 4 hours. Overnight stay at Dharapani.

Day 5: Dharapani to Koto
Today, we pass a village school and also you can see the way of coming down from Larkya pass (Manaslu Trekking) and continue climb gradually through a forest to the typical Tibetan style village of Bagarchhap(2160). Remaining along the left bank of the river, we gradually climb to Danaque(2210m). After the Danaque cross suspension bridge and climb up to Tamang village (2600m) and continue trek to Koto(2640m).

Day 6: Koto to Meta (3,550m)
The walk for today starts along the trail through Nar Phu Khola gorge with the river flowing on our left. We cross few suspension bridges and small streams on our way. The trail also passes through forest areas. We then reach Dharamshala. From there the trail takes uphill turn and we head towards Meta. After passing the strenuous uphill climb we finally reach Meta village standing atop the Tibetan plateau.

Day 7: Meta to Phu Gaon (4,300m)
We will be passing through many uphill and downhill trails before reaching Junam Goth. From there the downhill walk will take us across Chyako after crossing a stream on the way. Walking further ahead the trail takes us down to Kyang. After a few hours of strenuous, we finally reach the great wall and then towards the entrance to the Phu valley. We cross the bridge and pass through some Chortens. The village is clustered and gives a unique view.

Day 8: Acclimatization and exploration day at Phu Gaun.
Today we will take a rest at Phu Gaon for the purpose of acclimatization. In order to adjust our body to the rising altitude and changing environmental conditions, it is essential that we give some time for acclimatization so that we can prevent any possible health issues or altitude sickness. We will explore the village and visit some notable sites like the Tashi Lakhang monastery. We will walk down to the settlement area and observe the lifestyle of people from close.

Day 9: Phu Gaon to Nar Phedi (3,550m)
Today is an easy day for us by walking to Junam because the trail you have to descend from Phu gate to the river and retrace our step to Junam Kharka(3680m) which is a lovely spot for camping but we need to walk continue to monastery place to stay overnight because here only possible to stay night is a monastery.

Day 10: Nar Phedi to Nar (4150m)
Today trail ascends up and the scenery is stunning, we finally reach the Nar at the top of the hill, and pass by yet another line of wonderfully painted, bamboo topped Chortens and a large tiered Chorten before turning the corner and being rewarded with sublime views of Nar, the undulating patterns of the surrounding barely and mustard fields, four old colorful and traditional gompas and the snow peaks looming overhead. Finally, we reach Nar village.

Day 11: Nar to Ngawal (3,650m) via Kang La pass (5,350m)
We will start our trek leaving the Nar village early in the morning. We will pass through beautiful pasture land before reaching the base of Kang La Pass. From the base, the trail takes uphill turn. After a few hours, climb we will reach Kang La Pass. The great view of the Annapurna range can be observed from there. We will then walk downhill towards Ngawal. The trail is quite rough and hard here. We pass through a beautiful waterfall before finally reaching Ngawal.

Day 12: Ngawal to Besisahar Drive
Today after breakfast we wake a little bit and then we drive to sharing jeep from Ngawal to Besisahar it takes around 6 to 7 hours drive. After so many uncomfortable hours spent on the dusty and bumpy road, we will be in Basisahar. Overnight stay at Besisahar.

Day 13: Besisahar to Kathmandu by bus
We take an early bus from Besisahar to Kathmandu. The bus heads towards Dumre and from there the drive follows the Prithvi Highway. We enjoy the bus ride observing the natural beauty, landscapes and settlement areas. We will then finally reach Kathmandu.there will be a farewell dinner ( Nepali Food) to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Final departure
Your wonderful adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.

  • The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

  • We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again. However, will end our night will dinner at tea house take rest to have some fun and remaining trek we will start it again tomorrow after breakfast.
