Day 1    Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345m) at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345m) at ant time. Our office representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Day 2    Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley (1,345m)

Day 3    Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek Lukla to Phakding (2,610m)

Enjoy the most scenic 40 min flight flying in a twin-other plane to a small airport at the elevation of 2,840m/8,000ft. We head towards three hours easy walk on the legendary trekking trail through the cultured Sherpa village with its exceptional beauty and the view of stunning Dudh Koshi gorge, landscape, and the deep valley is unique. The scenic beauty deep gorge and farming terraces at the backdrop is phenomenal. Overnight stay at stunning Phakding.

Day 4    Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

You will trek to Namche Bazaar at 3,440m. Namche Bazzar is a great way to the Everest region. On this trek, Great View of Kusum Kangaroo, Thamserku and Holy Khumbiyela mountain and also the close View of the magnificent mountain, extensive green hills the territory of the incharis Matic and also the first View of the world Highest Mountain(Mt Everest). Overnight stay at Namchabazzar.

Day 5    Acclimatization Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

Today we will spend resting or hike uphill to the village of Khunde and Khumjung. You will find Government offices Internet cafes, shops, and a colorful market. You can visit a monastery and the and the Hillary school. You can visit the Everest national park to catch some of the best glimpses of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Kongde, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, etc. Namche Bazzar is the largest settlement of Sherpa People, You can know more about them by visiting the Sherpa monastery also it has a lot of historical record to the Mt Everest. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 6    Namcha Bazaar to Dole (3,620m)

We take the trail uphill from Namche Bazaar and walk ahead towards Kyangjuma. along the way from Chorcamp at Namche Bazzar to Kyangjuma, you may enjoy the incredible view of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and many other peaks. It climbs steeply to the tiny village of Mongla, Then drops to Phortse. Thenga before climbing through a pine and rhododendron forest and on up to Dole lookout for Himalayan tahr and birds (including the colorful male Danple pheasant Nepal’s national bird), spotted deer. Overnight in Dole.

Day 7    Dole to Machherma (4,440m)

On this, we will climb gradually along the side of the valley, where the small and thorny bushes give way to scrub juniper as the altitude increases. ahead of you is an excellent view of Cho-Oyu. white back down the valley are the walking through Lhabarma, Luza(4,340m) and finally, reach Machherma (4,410m) overnight at tea house.

Day 8    Machherma to Gokyo Lake (4,750m)

This trek offers you an Outstanding mountain view together with dazzling series of the turquoise blue glacial lake. The beauty to witness the blue lakes is simply out of this world. Gokyo situated by the side of the 3rd big lake. Cho-Oyo at the backdrop is very comforting. overnight at Gokyo

Day 9    Hike up to Gokyo Ri (5,365m)

Hike up to Gokyo-Ri (5,360M/17,586ft) for Sunrise, which begins. On the northern side of the lake, opposite the village. It Overlooks the broad,rubble-covered. Ngozumpa out beneath a wall of towering peaks on its southeastern flank from the flag bedecked summit is the unforgettable vista of the Himalayan chain that includes Chy Chung Kang and Cho- Oyo, The north face of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Thamserku. (All Over 6,300m/20,670Ft) and much more some unnamed. overnight at Gokyo.

Day 10    Gokyo to Namcha bazar (3,860m)

On this trek, we will enjoy the Himalayan from a different perspective while returning back walk through the narrow trails, cross many of the pine, rhododendron and oak forest. to get to Dole and after that, we will enjoy the beautiful view of the peaks Amadablam, Thamserku, and Kanglega along the way. we will cross many of the pine and oak forests along the way. we will stroll around Namche Bazaar and explore food and People. Overnight at Namchabazzar.

Day 11    Namche Bazaar to Lukla (3,441m)

we will wake down the rocky terrains to book a flight to Kathmandu. You can visit the Hospital and school established by Sir Edmund Hillary and also relieve yourself from the fatigue of the long journey of trekking. Overnight at Lukla

Day 12    Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu

Today we will fight back with a 40 minutes amazing scenic to Kathmandu. there will be a farewell dinner ( Nepali Food) to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 13    Final Departure

Your wonderful adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.

1 Meals and drinking in Trek

The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

5  Physical fitness

Physical fitness is an important part of any outdoor activity. It is probably less of an issue at the start than you might think. Trek is about taking your time settling your own pace and enjoying the experience to its fullest basically they are three components of in Nepal trek preparation:- Aerobic, strength, and mental. Aerobic conditioning is important primarily because you will trek in thinner air, up to 40 percent less than at sea label how as with good aerobic conditioning you will be able to better metabolize whatever oxygen is available to you.

Before your arrival in Nepal, you should plan on doing at least one hour of aerobic 3/4 times per week for 1 month. Jogging, hiking, cycling and walking on alley floor to ridgeline ascents with day back are some of the excellent forms of exercise so long as your strengthening ley muscles and building stamina. speed is not the essence confidence stamina and continuity are.

8   Acute Mountain Sickness

Acute mountain sickness is common at high altitudes and depends on the elevation, the rate of ascent and individual susceptibility. An altitude over 3000 meters (9843 Feet) is usually defined as high altitude. 12 Trekking Day

We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again. However, will end our night will dinner at tea house take rest to have some fun and remaining trek we will start it again tomorrow after breakfast.
