Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345m) at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA):

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, we offer pick-up service and arrange accommodation at a comfortable hotel in the city. You will meet the trekking team and prepare for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley (1,345m):

Today, you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Patan Durbar Square, and Swayambhunath Stupa, which hold significant cultural and religious importance.

Day 3: Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek to Phakding (2,610m):
We take an early morning flight to Lukla, subject to weather conditions. After breakfast in Lukla, we start trekking, passing through beautiful Buddhist communities and enjoying views of prayer flags, Chorten, and mani. Today’s trek to Phakding is relatively easy, lasting 3-4 hours.

Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m):

We trek through a beautiful pine forest and follow the trail north up the valley of Benkar. Crossing the Dudh Koshi River and passing through villages, we reach Namche Bazaar, the heart of the Khumbu region, where we spend the night.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization:

Today is for acclimatization. We explore nearby villages or hike up to Syangboche Everest View Hotel for stunning views. Namche Bazaar offers various facilities, and our guides will show us around, including Sagarmatha National Park.

Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery (3,860m):

Trekking through rhododendron forests, we reach Tengboche. En route, we enjoy views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. At Tengboche, we visit the largest monastery in the region.

Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400m):

Descending through forests, we pass by picturesque landscapes and reach Dingboche. The village is known for its barley, buckwheat, and potato fields, surrounded by stone walls.

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,900m):

Today, we spend a day in Dingboche for acclimatization. Optional day hikes to Nagarjuna Hill offer spectacular views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,363m):

Trekking through the Khumbu Glacier moraine, we reach Gorakshep and continue to Everest Base Camp. The journey offers breathtaking views of Everest and surrounding peaks.

Day 10: Morning hike to Kallapathar (5,545m) to see Mountain View and sunrise then trek down to Lobuche (4,900m):

An early morning hike to Kala Patthar provides stunning views of Everest and surrounding peaks. After enjoying the sunrise, we trek back to Lobuche.

Day 11: Lobuche to Chhukung (4,730m) Via Kongma La Pass:

Trekking from Lobuche, we pass the Lobuche glacier and reach the Kongma La Pass. The route offers panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Pokalde, Thamserku, and other peaks.

Day 12: Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m):

Trekking up the Imja Valley, we reach Island Peak Base Camp, where we enjoy stunning views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse.

Day 13: Orientation on Climbing at Island Peak Base camp (5,200m):

Today, we receive orientation on climbing techniques and use of climbing gear, including harness, ascender, climbing boots, and crampons.

Day 14: Island Peak base camp to Island peak summit (6,189m) back to Island peak base camp:

We begin our climb to Island Peak Summit, a challenging ascent with technical ice parts. At the summit, we enjoy breathtaking views before descending to the base camp.

Day 15: Island Peak base camp to Pangboche (3,985m):

After summiting Island Peak, we trek back to Pangboche, passing through lush forests and picturesque Sherpa villages.

Day 16: Pangboche to Namche Bazaar:

Trekking alongside the Dudh Koshi River, we pass suspension bridges, villages, and monasteries before reaching Namche Bazaar, where we rest and reflect on our journey.

Day 17: Namche Bazaar to Lukla:

We trek back to Lukla, passing rocky terrains and enjoying the scenic beauty of the region. Upon reaching Lukla, we celebrate the successful completion of our trek.

Day 18: Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu:

We take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu, where we enjoy a farewell dinner to celebrate our journey’s achievements.

Day 19: Final departure:

Your adventure in Nepal concludes today. A representative will escort you to the airport for your departure flight.

        Day 2: Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley (1,345m)

This village has modern facilities including luxurious hotels, restaurants, bakery cafes, etc. We will also pass through different beautiful settlements including Monjo, Benkar, Jorsole, and Chimoa. We will enter into Sagarmatha National park permit checkpoint. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

        Day 5: Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization (3,441m)
        Today we will spend resting or hike uphill to the village of Khunde and Khumjung. You will find government offices, Internet cafes, shops, and a colorful market. Visit a monastery and Hillary school. Visit the Everest National Park for some of the best glimpses of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Kongde, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, etc. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

        Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery (3,860m)
        On this day, we will climb alongside Dudh Koshi River until Phuke Tenga and then follow the trails up to Tengboche. You will pass through pine forests and cross many suspension bridges. After reaching Tengboche, where you can visit the Tengboche monastery. Overnight stay at Tengboche.

        Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400m)
        On this trek, the mountain range gets closer as you walk further. This journey rewards us with tremendous views of Mt Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. The trek moves ahead towards the Lobuche River, Imja Valley, and ultimately begins climbing up to Dingboche. Overnight at Dingboche.

        Day 8: Dingboche Acclimatization (4,400m)
        (Day trip to Chhukung) Dingboche is a famous stop for trekkers and climbers headed to Mt Everest, Imja Tse, or Ama Dablam. You can explore Sherpa people and lifestyles. Visit Dingboche Monastery or take a short hike to Nagarjuna hill, Ama Dablam base camp, or Chukhung Ri. Overnight at Dingboche.

        Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,900m)
        On this trek, we will walk along the highland and plain terrace to get to Lobuche. You can see the memorial cairn built in the memories of departed Sherpa and other trekkers. Enjoy the view of Mt Pumori, Khumbuste, and Lingtren. Overnight at Lobuche.

        Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,363m)
        Today we will head towards the settlement of Gorak Shep. Enjoy great views of Mt Everest, Mt Pumori, and Mt Nuptse. After some hours of walk, reach the base camp of the world’s highest peak. Enjoy the view of Khumbu glacier. Overnight at Gorakshep.

        Day 11: Gorakshep to Pheriche (4,200m) Via Kala Patthar (5,545m)
        Early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise view over the Mountains. After reaching the summit of Kala Patthar (5,555m), enjoy the breathtaking views of Everest. Overnight at Pheriche.

        Day 12: Pheriche (4,200m) to Namche Bazaar (3,540m)
        Trek down through the hillside coated by rhododendron and juniper trees. Cross the prayer-flag-covered bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. Enjoy the wonderful views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Nuptse mountains. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

        Day 13: Namche Bazaar (3,540m) to Lukla (2,840m)
        Walk down the rocky terrains to book a flight to Kathmandu. Visit the Hospital and school established by Sir Edmund Hillary. Overnight at Lukla.

        Day 14: Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu (1,345m)
        Fly back to Kathmandu with a 40 minutes scenic flight. There will be a farewell dinner (Nepali Food) to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu.

        Day 15: Final Departure
        Your wonderful adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.
