Day 1    Arrival in Kathmandu (13,45m) at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA)

Day 2  Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley(1,345m)

Day 3    Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek to Phakding (2,610m)

We take an early morning flight to Lukla, which is completely dependent on weather conditions. Day 4    Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

Going through a beautiful pine forest, we follow the trail north up the valley of Benkar. After that, we cross Dudh Koshi River and go on passing Chumoa to Monjo, and the entrance to Everest National Park. Then crossing a suspension bridge, we pass Jorsale village and walk to the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a while, we reach the heart of Sherpa village – Namche Bazaar. At one hour’s distance to reaching Namche Bazaar, if the weather permits, we can view the beautiful sights of Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse.5.5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse

Day 5    Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization

Our guide will take you to explore around the nearest villages or hike up to Syangboche Everest View hotel for a couple of hours to resist your body with high elevation). There are many things to do around Namche Bazaar, and we can spend a day here by gaining lots of fun. Namche Bazaar is the heart of the Khumbu region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market where we get lots of facilities. Our guides can take us to explore the real beauty of Namche Bazaar. Hiking to Sagarmatha National Park results in trekkers with a beautiful sunrise and the mindblowing views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. In exploring Namche Bazar, we observe traditional Sherpa life, Khumjung Hillary School and enjoy flora and fauna found at such altitude. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 6    Namchabazar to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m)

During this trek, we go through the Dudh-Koshi River and pass by rhododendron forests to Tengboche. While going through the Dudh Koshi River, we enjoy the fabulous views of mountain tops like Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. Upon reaching Tengboche, we visit Tengboche Monastery-the largest monastery in the region and sink in the views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. ) – 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 7    Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400 m)

We drop down and trek through forests filled with a variety of lush trees – birch, conifers, and rhododendrons. This journey again results from us with tremendous views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trek moves ahead towards the Imja Valley, Lobuche River and ultimately begins climbing up to Dingboche. At Dingboche, we see a beautiful array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse

Day 8    Dingboche to Lobuche (4900m)

Dingboche is a famous stop for trekkers and climbers headed to Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam or Imja Tse. The village is beautiful with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We spend a day at Dingboche for adjustment. We take day hikes to either Nagarjuna Hill for appreciable views of Makalu, Lhotse, Cholatse, Tawache, and Ama Dablam. back to the same tea house/ guesthouse.

Day 9    Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base camp (5363m)

We start the day with a slight climb to Duglha at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. From here, we climb up a steep trail to Chupki Lhara, where we find an array of stones with prayer flags used as memorials to Scott Fischer (American mountaineer) and 10-time Everest submitter Babu Chiri Sherpa (Nepali mountain guide) who died on a mission to climb Everest. Next, we continue our trek to the Khumbu Glacier moraine and find ourselves facing different great peaks – Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal. After that, we reach Lobuche .overnight at the guesthouse

Day 10    Morning hike to Kallapathar (5,545m) to see Mountain View and sunrise then trek down to Lobuche (4900m)

We prepare for an early morning departure, amid pre-dawn darkness and low temperatures (-10 to -14 C). It is always possible for breezy winds which is common. Familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse tower to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself. But, it is while reaching Kala Patthar that we get to see 360 degree up-close and awesome views of Mt. Everest. And the most wonderful thing to be known is that the sunset view from Kala Patthar is more admirable than the sunrise view. As the setting sun’s rays strike the snow-capped mountains, the resulting scenery is incredible which results like shiny diamonds. ) overnight at the guest house.

Day 11    Lobuche to Chhukung(4,730m) Via Kongma La Pass

We will start our trek from Lobuche. Passing the Lobuche glacier, we will enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Pokalde, Thamserku and other peak and after 5 hours of a hike we will reach the hight point Kumbila la pass(5,447m) when we will reach the top.we will get to see tombstone wrapped in prayer flags and back we will look at the landscapes of icy lakes ahead down of which is the Khumbu glacier. Overnight at Chhukumg Valley.

Day 12    Chhukung To Island Peak Base camp (5,200m)

Today we will trek up the Imja valley(which is the biggest lake of Khumbu region to base camp, which is 5,150m above the sea level we get a chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain including Mt Everest Ama Dablam and Lhotse etc. Overnight at Island Peak Base Camp.

Day 13    Orientation on Climbing at Island Peak Base camp (5,200m)

Today after breakfast we begin our Orientation on climbing.our guides will provide training on peak climbing techniques and the proper ways of using climbing gears.such as a harness, ascender, climbing boots and crampons.the training will also include using ropes to go up and down, we can rest the day for next day climbing overnight at base camp.

Day 14    Island peak base camp to Island peak summit (6,189m)back to Island peak base camp

Today after breakfast we will be beginning our climbing. Island peak which is the most challenging and magnificent view(6,189m)tough day and technical ice part it takes more than 9-10 hours. At the summit, we can enjoy the view and surround and we will take a lot of photos and memories, then we’ll trek back down to base camp. Overnight at base camp.

Day 15    Island Peak base camp to Pangboche (3,985m)

Today after achieving the summit, we will trek towards Pangboche.we will follow the same route back through the wide valley of Khumbu Khola and also pass through the beautiful sherpa valley on the way to Pangboche we will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, pine, and oak. Overnight at Pangboche.

Day 16    Pangboche to Namche Bazaar

Today we will walk on trial with a lot of ups and downhill. On a trail alongside the Dudh Koshi river.we will cross several suspension bridges, pass by several villages and monasteries before reaching Lukla. After reaching Namche Bazaar we will rest of the day and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 17    Namchbazar to Lukla

we will wake down the rocky terrains to book a flight to Kathmandu. You can visit the Hospital and school established by Sir Edmund Hillary and also relieve yourself from the fatigue of the long journey of trekking. Overnight at Lukla

Day 18    Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu

Today we will fight back with a 40 minutes amazing scenic to Kathmandu. there will be a farewell dinner ( Nepali Food) to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 19    Final departure

Your wonderful adventure in Nepal comes to an end today. We wish you all the best. A representative from Aarohi Holiday Pvt Ltd will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.

        Day- 3    Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek to Phakding (2,610m)

        Day- 4    Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

        Today we will be heading towards the major Sherpa settlement Namche Bazar. It is also known as the gateway to Mt Everest. This village has modern facilities including a luxurious hotel restaurant, bakery cafe, etc . we will also pass via different beautiful settlements including, Monjo, Benkar, Jorsole, and Chimoa. We will enter into Sagarmatha National park permit checkpoint. Overnight at Namachabazar.

        Day-5    Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization(3,441m)

        Today we will spend resting or hike uphill to the village of Khunde and Khumjung. you will find government offices, Internet cafes, shops, and a colorful market. You can visit a monastery and Hillary school. You can visit the Everest national park to catch some of the best glimpses of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Kongde, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, etc. Namche Bazzar is the largest settlement of Sherpa People, You can know more about them by visiting the Sherpa monastery also it has a lot of historical record to the Mt Everest. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

        Day- 6    Namchabazar to  Tengboche Monastery (3,860m)

        On this day, we will climb alongside Dudh Koshi River until Phuke Tenga and then follow the trails of ijma Khola up to Tengboche. On this trek, you will pass through the pine forests and cross many suspension bridges. Along the way, you can expect to have a spectacular view of Mt Everest and Ama Dablam. After you reach Tengboche. where you can visit the Tengboche monastery. Overnight stay at Tengboche.

        Day 7    Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400 m)

        On this trek mountain range gets closer and closer as you walk further. This journey again results from us with tremendous views of mt Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. The trek moves ahead towards the Lobuche River, Imja Valley and ultimately begins climbing up to Dingboche. You can find barley, crop, stone wall and potato farm to ported crops from strong winds. You can also see the spectacular sunrise and sunset over these mountains. Overnight at Dingboche.

        Day- 8    Dingboche Acclimatization .(4,400 m)

        ( Day trip to Chhukumg) Dingboche is a famous stop for trekking and climbers headed to Mt Everest, Imja Ise or Ama Dablam. This trek you can explore Sherpa people and lifestyles. You can Dingboche Monastery or take a short hike to Nagarjuna hill, Ama Dablam base camp or Chukum- RI. Overnight at Dingboche.

        Day- 9    Dingboche to Lobuche (4,900m)

        On this trek, we will walk along the highland and plain terrace to get to Lobuche. On this trek, you can see the memorial cairn built in the memories of departed Sherpa and other trekkers.         Day- 10    Lobuche  to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base camp (5,363m)

        Today we will be head towards the settlement of Gorak Shep. On this trek, we will have a great view of Mt Everest, Mt Pumori, and Mt Nuptse and other surrounding peaks. After some hours of walk, we will reach the base camp of the world’s highest peak from the Everest base camp. We will enjoy the magnificent view of Khumbu glacier once again. Overnight at Gorakshep.

        Day- 11    Gorakshep to Pheriche (4,200m) Via Kallapathar (5,545m)

        Today early in the morning we can see the sunrise view over the Mountains. Approximately 3 hours of the hike, we will reach the summit of Kala Patthar (5555m) At the top, the enthralling views of the Everest in the fresh sunlight will mesmerize us. The 360-degree views from Kalapathar are truly breathtaking. We will also get one of the most markable moments in our life and it is the highest point of the plant that offers a direct view of soaring peaks including the giant mountains Pumori, Lhotse and may also get the stupendous view f Khumbu Icefall.         Day- 12    Pheriche (4,200m)  to Namche Bazaar (3,540m)

        We trek down through the hillside coated by rhododendron and juniper trees. After crossing the prayer-flag cover bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, our trail follows the Dudh Koshi gorge moving downwards swiftly through pine forests. In the forest, we may come across colorful pheasants and mountain goats. The path eventually reaches Sansa from where we can enjoy the wonderful views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Nuptse mountains. We also pass winding trails through a forest before reaching Namche Bazaar.overnight at Namche Bazaar.

        Day- 13    Namche Bazaar (3,540m) to Lukla (2,840m)

        1 Meals and drinking in Trek

        The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

        Physical fitness is an important part of any outdoor activity. It is probably less of an issue at the start than you might think. Trek is about taking your time settling your own pace and enjoying the experience to its fullest basically they are three components of in Nepal trek preparation:- Aerobic, strength, and mental. Aerobic conditioning is important primarily because you will trek in thinner air, up to 40 percent less than at sea label how as with good aerobic conditioning you will be able to better metabolize whatever oxygen is available to you.

        Before your arrival in Nepal, you should plan on doing at least one hour of aerobic 3/4 times per week for 1 month.         12 Trekking Day

        We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again.
