Terms and Conditions
At Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”), we kindly request all clients to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before making any booking. By confirming your trip, you agree to be legally bound by our contract, which outlines the rights, responsibilities, and policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and liabilities in accordance with Company rules and Nepalese law.
The Contract
Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted government-registered trekking and tour company in Nepal, affiliated with several national and international tourism bodies. Founded and led by Mr. Achyut Puri, an experienced professional in the tourism industry, the company is committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences across Nepal, India, Bhutan, and Tibet.
Based in Sinamangal-9, Kathmandu, Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. proudly serves travelers worldwide with quality adventure and travel services.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Standard Booking Policy
To confirm your booking with Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd., clients are required to send a photocopy of their passport and a non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost as follows:
- For trips to Nepal: A 20% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
- For trips to Bhutan or Tibet: A 50% deposit of the total cost must be paid at least 20 days before booking.
The remaining balance (80% for Nepal trips and 50% for Bhutan and Tibet trips) must be paid before the departure date or upon arrival in Kathmandu, prior to the commencement of the trip.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within the given timeframe grants the Company the right to cancel your trip without a refund of the deposit.
Payment Options and Methods
Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. provides two secure payment options: Bank/Wire Transfer and Credit Card.

Note: Any bank service charges during deposits or transfers shall be borne by the client. The company is not responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by banks or money transfer processes.
Payment by Credit Card
Clients can also make payments via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Please note that a 3.5% – 4% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. This fee is charged by the payment processing bank, not by the Company.
Last-Minute Booking
For trips to Nepal, Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. accepts last-minute bookings up to 3 days prior to the trip’s departure date.
However, for Bhutan and Tibet, last-minute bookings are not available. Clients must confirm their booking at least 20 days in advance for these destinations.
Trip Postponement
If you are unable to travel on your scheduled date, a formal written notice must be provided to the Company.
Free Trip Postponement Policy
Clients can postpone their trip free of charge to any future date convenient for them. No extra fees will be applied for postponing your trip.
Cancellation Policy
If a client wishes to cancel their trip, the following conditions apply:
- The 20% deposit for Nepal trips and the 50% deposit for Bhutan/Tibet trips are non-refundable.
- If you have paid more than the deposit, the Company will refund the remaining amount using your original payment method.
Please note that once the trip begins, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the itinerary, such as accommodation, meals, or transportation.
Risk and Liability
Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. operates under the tourism regulations of Nepal, India, Bhutan, and Tibet, prioritizing your safety and satisfaction. However, unforeseen circumstances—such as political unrest, weather conditions, natural disasters, or health issues—may require adjustments to your itinerary.
During such times, no additional charge will be taken by the Company for making these adjustments, and we will do our best to assist you quickly and carefully. However, if any extra expenses arise due to these unforeseen events—such as additional accommodation, transportation, or related costs—then these will need to be borne by the client.
Our team remains fully committed to providing a safe and enjoyable travel experience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the inherent risks of adventure travel.
Incomplete Tour
If a client voluntarily leaves the trip for any personal reason, the Company will not be responsible for any refund for the unused days or services.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event that your trip is canceled due to natural disasters, political disturbances, or other unavoidable conditions, Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. will offer an alternative trip of similar value.
Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance before joining any trip with Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
Your insurance must cover:
- Medical expenses
- Emergency evacuation (including helicopter rescue)
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Loss or damage of baggage and personal belongings
- Natural calamities or accidents
Proof of insurance must be provided before the trip departure. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation without refund.
Flight Delay and Cancellation
Due to unpredictable weather in remote areas like Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla, flights may face delays or cancellations.
Clients are advised to carry extra cash to cover food and accommodation during such events. The Company will not be responsible for these additional expenses, but will assist in making necessary arrangements.
During the Tour
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs throughout the trip.
If a client engages in any unlawful or harmful activity, the Company reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the client will be required to leave the country at their own expense.
Governing Law
All the Terms and Conditions of Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. follow and are interpreted according to the laws of the Government of Nepal.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal. Only the Managing Director of Aarohi Holiday Pvt. Ltd. holds the authority to make amendments or exceptions to these Terms and Conditions, and such changes must be made in writing.
