3. How can I get the Visa to Nepal?
A Nepal visa can be easily obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Alternatively, you can apply for a visa at the Nepalese Embassy in your home country. For those traveling by land through India, visas are available at the immigration offices along the border. To complete the visa process, you’ll need a valid passport and passport-size photographs. Visa fees vary depending on the length of your stay in Nepal.

4. How can I book the trek?
Simply fill out the booking form, and we will email you the details once we receive it. A minimum deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 10 days of booking confirmation to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
5. How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Our representative will be at the airport holding a placard to greet and pick you up.
6. How is the hotel facility in Kathmandu?
We will book a tourist-standard hotel in Kathmandu with comfortable and luxurious rooms. The hotel will provide 24-hour hot water and Wi-Fi facilities. Accommodations can also be arranged according to your specific requirements.
7. How will the hotel stay be during the trek?
During the trek, you will stay in teahouses, homestays, hotels, or lodges. The rooms will have basic amenities with small but clean beds, and most lodges will have shared bathrooms. While the bedrooms won’t have heating, the dining hall will be equipped with a chimney heater. We also provide sleeping bags, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
8. How often can I expect to get a shower during the trek?
During the trip, you may only have access to 3-4 showers. Hot water is available upon request, but only at a few lodges. Given the extreme cold and snowy conditions, frequent showers may not be necessary. Our guide will provide additional instructions on maintaining personal hygiene throughout the journey.
9. What kind of food do I get during the trek?
You can enjoy a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, local Tibetan, Indian, and Nepali dishes. Most teahouses offer a menu from which you can select your meals, including traditional Nepali dishes. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available to suit your preference.
10. How do I manage to carry my luggage?
We provide porters to carry your luggage, with one porter assigned for every two people. You will only need to carry your backpack with essential items. If you don’t have suitable luggage, we can provide it for you.
11. Will there be any communication facility during the trek?
Most areas will lack internet facilities but will have telephone services. Our guides will carry cell phones to ensure you can reach out if needed.
12. Will there be English-speaking guides?
All our guides are fluent in English and certified by the Nepalese government.
13. Do I need to pay the extra amount for the guide and porter?
The cost of your trek includes the fees for both the guide and porter, so there will be no additional charges for their services.
14. How many persons will there be in a group?
We accommodate groups of 1 to 15 persons. For larger groups from the same organization or family, we can make special arrangements. We also offer private trips tailored to your specific needs.
15. What are the physical fitness requirements for the trek?
You will need to be moderately fit for most of our treks. For trips that involve longer durations and higher altitudes, such as the Everest trek, a higher level of fitness is required. The level of fitness needed will depend on the specific trek you choose.
16. What are the insurance requirements?
You should have insurance to cover medical treatments, trip cancellations, and emergency helicopter evacuations. Our trained guides are equipped to handle any emergencies that may arise during the trek.
17. Will my money be refunded if I do not complete my trek and return in a midway?
Please note that money will not be refunded if the trip is not completed due to reasons such as weather conditions or personal circumstances.
18. Is it safe for a woman to travel solely?
Yes, it is safe for single women travelers to journey with us. We assure complete safety and security, and take full responsibility for ensuring a secure travel experience.
19. When is the best time to travel Nepal?
The best times to travel are from October to December and from March to May.
20. What equipment should be carried for the trek?
We will provide a list of necessary equipment for a comfortable trekking experience in Nepal. You can purchase the equipment according to your needs. Once you confirm your trekking package with us, we will also share a specific list of equipment tailored to the nature of your trek.
